Official Rules and Regulations of the Healthy Family Fun prize drawing for family story submissions
NO PURCHASE, PLEDGE OR DONATION NECESSARY. No purchase is required to enter this drawing. Pledging or donating to Children’s Hospital Boston does not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of Massachusetts 18 and older.
All sweepstakes begin at 6:00 AM EST, and deadlines for entry for each sweepstakes end at 12:00 AM EST, on dates specified below. All times referenced are Eastern Standard Time.
One entry per person. To enter the sweepstakes, all entries must be submitted online and must be complete to be eligible. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By entering sweepstakes, entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts for resolution of all disputes.
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing within 5 business days of the dates below. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Children’s Hospital Boston and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. If potential winner(s) cannot be reached after 10 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited. Entrants need not be present to win. Persons affiliated with Children’s Hospital Boston are ineligible to win. Winner may be required to sign a receipt. No substitution will be allowed, and prizes may not be redeemed for cash or other consideration. Children’s Hospital Boston is not responsible or liable for multiple entries completed or entered by other than human means or entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, illegible, mutilated, forged, destroyed, incomplete, garbled, lost, misdirected, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules (and such entries will be disqualified). One $50 City Sports gift card for web survey responses submitted between August 1 and August 12.
One $50 City Sports gift card for web survey responses submitted between August 13 and August 26.
One $50 City Sports gift card for web survey responses submitted between August 27 and September 9.
One $50 City Sports gift card for web survey responses submitted between September 10 and September 23.
All entries must be received by Children’s Hospital Boston via healthyfamilyfun.org or facebook.com/healthyfamilyfun by deadlines above. Sweepstakes deadlines subject to be extended. Winners are responsible for payment of all tax obligations. Dates, times, deadlines, price, and prizes subject to change. Estimated odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received.

My daughter is over weight and because of the price of fruits an vegetables it makes it difficult to eat healthy.So I have come up with ways in which I could help her, we do alot of walking I make it fun by walking to playgrounds I give her healthy snacks and water I do not encourage chips and cookies and anything that we cannot pronounce I am really trying to make this work and also in the process making it fun !
