  • Green, red peppers, cut in strips
  • ¼ cup fat-free sour cream
  • ¼ cup low-fat ranch dressing
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and ranch dressing.
  2. Add pepper to taste.
  3. Dip the pepper strips in the dressing and enjoy!
