Ingredients:
- 2, 6-inch flour tortillas
- 2 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese ( shredded )
- ¼ cup salsa
Directions:
Coat a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat. Put 1 tortilla in the pan and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with the second tortilla. Brown on both sides. Cut into triangles and serve with salsa.
